Liberty Belle Riverboat Trivia Game?

I was just reading a post on WDW News Today and it mentioned that you can ask for a trivia game to play while riding the Liberty Square Riverboat. It's a piece of paper that you can fill out and then return to a cast member for a "prize." The article didn't mention what the prize was, but it sounds like fun! I've never heard of this before... Has anyone played it? What's the prize?

I saw this game mentioned somewhere, but couldn't find more info on it, so I hope your questions are answered.

When I went to the MK as a child in the 70s, we always rode the Liberty Belle and the Mike Keel boats and went to Tom Sawyer's Island.

Haven't done these attractions as an adult and although Mike Keel boats are gone, I'm going to try to do the others on my upcoming trip. I'm with a different traveling group this time.

I have never heard of the game, but I do enjoy riding the Liberty Belle. Sadly, DS does NOT share that joy with me lol.
