I am going to warn everyone now that I will give away some secretes and surprises in my TR. If you are one who doesn't want to know anything then skip this until after your trip.
Also I took over 1,000 pics so beware I will share my favs with you. I won't bore you with all of them.
Yeah I found the pics. So we get to the villa and unpack. Here are some more pics.
The kids love this "indoor swimming pool"
This is what was the drive-thru!. My kids love playing stuff like this.
DD very happy they put some diet pop in the fridge for her.
Everything that was in the bag when we arrived.
One of our many visitors.
So we settle in and I head to orientation at 3:00. Dh was going to take the kids swimming. I get into orientation and it starts storming. Big thunder and lightening. My kids are so terrified of storms and I knew they would be wanting me. I relay this to the person in charge so she was nice enough to hurry through it. Sure enough I leave the orientation room and both my kids are standing there waiting for me.
We had 4:30 res. for BBB in Downtown Disney so off we head. The funny part of this is we went the looooong way and didn't even realize it until a few days later.

Here are some pics at the BBB.
I love this
The finished product. MY true princess.
We go to leave and it is still raining out. We forgot to bring the ponchos (something we didn't forget again the whole trip). DH goes and gets the car and pulls up as far as he can. Luckily no hair was ruined in this process.
We leave DTD to go back to the village for Christmas. When we get there it is still sprinkling. There weren't any decorations or snow etc because of the weather but it was still pretty and magical.
We decided to eat at the Gingerbread House which was pretty good. My kids weren't to happy because we didn't realize they had a kids buffet and had them eat off the regular menu but with the promise of ice cream they had no trouble eating their green beans.
We go to meet Santa and learn that Mrs Clause is also there. Off to Santa first. He told DD a very cute story after finding out she had a dog named "Giselle". He told her that the dog was barking last Christmas and he had to give her a cookie to keep her quiet. At this point DS pipes up and says he remembers this happening. LOL
The kids picked their presents. It was a hard decision because there was so much to choose from. DD ended up with a Disney Sorry game and DS picked a Hulk nerf football. Next to see Mrs. Clause in the Castle of Miracles.
We played around in their for awhile. It was just to neat to leave w/o playing.
Then it was time for the promised ice cream. DD got ice cream everyday and sometimes 2 x a day. She got cookies one time and lollipops at one of the parks. She did overall pretty good with this and I was really surprised that her health was better on this trip than it was the week prior to leaving. Also DS didn't need any breathing treatments and his allergies cleared up as did mine.
We go back to get ready for bed because we have res. w/ princesses in the morning. (Thanks to the advice of my new friends on this dis board).
We go outside for one more look at the magical playground when an owl lands in the driveway right by the car. We moved and scared it off, it flew over to the fence of the playground. It was so beautiful and stayed there every night. If you are in this area when you go make sure to find this beautiful white owl. Pics to come.
We head to bed but guess what we are sooooo excited we have a hard time falling asleep again.
Stay tuned for Day 2. Will DD get to meet her beloved Snow White??????
