i have no idea...i think one of them is DIS Veteren but im not sure

It's determined by your number of posts (right now I'm a DIS Veteran, I think). I believe the next level after Earning My Ears is Mousketeer, so keep posting and you'll eventually get a new one..

Around 100 you become a mousketeer, and at 500 you become a dis veteran.
