Let's Do It Again! - First Family Trip, May 2024 (Updated 2/28 x2 - Epcot and Garden Grill)

What luck, to have your room ready already! And pretty much what you wanted! What a great start! Super excited to see your room.
I know, I know... I may be crazy. Part of it is it was my first Disney trip in eight years - I wanted to show M and L several of my favorites, plus there were several new ones I wanted to try! That combined with my love of Disney dining led to a LOT of character meals!
not crazy, that sounds awesome! I'm so excited to hear your reviews!

Instead, I was still working on our three suitcases (children, man!) through bedtime, but thankfully wrapped up before 9:00. This felt late for G (he’s an anxious early packer) while I’m an excellent (?) last-minute packer who may have been known to pack well into the night.
I am a pack the weekend before kind of gal. But it takes me forever to pack when it's all of us. I also try and make it a thing... have a drink while I pack. maybe that is why it takes me so long.

ar less grumbling and even a little “hooray!”
so cute!

Thanks to TSA PreCheck we sailed through security
TSA is worth every penny!!!

My egg sandwich had mozzarella, tomato, and pesto on a brioche roll:

Check out their “best day ever” shirts! I’ve never been one to plan coordinated outfits, but this trip with two little girls turned me into a different person. I had so much fun coming up with outfits for them that complimented our plans every day!
You just never know what you will like! I love the shirts!

Honestly, I was thrilled with how smooth our flights were. The kids did great and we didn’t have a single delay or incident. We were off on the right foot!
Always a huge relief when it all goes smoothly!

However, with Mears occasionally providing a van instead of a bus for less popular resorts, I was concerned we’d get a van on our return to the airport from the Beach Club Villas.
When you are a family of 4 the cost of Mears starts to not make sense. I always loved Magical Express but that was because we didn't have to worry about our bags and well it was free. You could justify the longer travel time.

We did a private car the first time we went back to Disney after Covid. It was glorious!!! But I think we are uber / lyft people now. But our girls don't need car seats anymore.

The bellman provided a cart for all our luggage, which you can see to the side of this picture. It’s tough (impossible?) to travel light with two young kids!
So hard!!! Our first trip I had so many alternate outfits, diapers... all that stuff.

M didn’t eat much (she was so excited!) but did like what she managed to put in her mouth. I tried a piece of leftover pineapple and it was delicious! L ate the grapes and a bunch of fries… and not much else
Our first trip sometimes i didn't even order a meal for one of them they snacked the days away. And they shared alot. but they were usually too excited or distracted to eat at actual meals.

I was so excited! I couldn’t believe our good luck as I’m sure the Tokelau first floor rooms are in high demand. And I was super surprised that our room was ready nearly two hours before official check-in time. I was grateful, though, as it was nice to get fully settled before our dinner ADR!

not crazy, that sounds awesome! I'm so excited to hear your reviews!

Thanks!

Get ready - we actually made it to 9 of the 10 character meals! And several other meals besides. I love Disney dining!

Can't wait to hear the rest! Great start to the trip

Welcome! Thank you so much for joining in!

I am a pack the weekend before kind of gal. But it takes me forever to pack when it's all of us. I also try and make it a thing... have a drink while I pack. maybe that is why it takes me so long.

My husband would love it if I was a pack the weekend before kind of gal!

I think packing takes a long time whenever it’s for more than just yourself. I used to travel for work and could pack my bag in less than fifteen minutes. That time more than triples once you add in three more people (not to mention the loads of child-related gear).

It was adorable! She was excited.

looks delish

It was super tasty! I didn’t even get a chance to eat it for 30 minutes and it was still good - I was impressed!

You just never know what you will like! I love the shirts!

I had a ridiculous amount of fun planning those outfits. I didn’t take part most of the days, but I liked my matching Best Day Ever shirt for our travel day and loved joining in on the Minnie ears fun some of the time. The girls looked adorable, though!

Always a huge relief when it all goes smoothly!

I was super relieved. You never know with flights these days and children add an extra element of stress. It was nice to get the air travel out of the way and get started with our trip!

Yes, I would agree! The Mears shuttle would’ve been about half the cost of our private transportation, but it would’ve taken longer and I would’ve been stressed about the car seat situation. Now I’m spoiled and would love to take the private transportation every trip as it was so easy! It’s an especially excellent option if you need car seats.

So hard!!! Our first trip I had so many alternate outfits, diapers... all that stuff.

SO MUCH GEAR! L alone practically filled a suitcase alone with all her gear (the SlumberPod, diapers and wipes, travel meal implements, the diaper bag… it’s nuts!). Disney adds an extra element of gear as I also brought stuff for the park stroller (stroller fans, identity flags, rain gear, etc.). I miss the days of a single suitcase!

Our first trip sometimes i didn't even order a meal for one of them they snacked the days away. And they shared alot. but they were usually too excited or distracted to eat at actual meals.

That’s a wise plan. The girls actually did much better in the table service restaurants when we had more time. L is an especially good eater when she likes what she’s eating - I just didn’t pick a home run for the first meal!

Found your trip report! Following along to hear how the rest of it went! Definitely curious to hear how you found the various character meals you fit in as we weigh what to do on our next trip.

Found your trip report! Following along to hear how the rest of it went! Definitely curious to hear how you found the various character meals you fit in as we weigh what to do on our next trip.

Hooray - I'm so glad you're here!

We loved all the character meals! It took a little time away from park touring, however, it saved us from waiting in a lot of character lines. We ate a lot of good food, too!

What a Room!
Day 1 – Part III

This. Room. Was. Amazing.

Seriously, I already liked the Poly, but this room was excellent. I loved it even more as our stay progressed.

Once you enter there’s a short hallway:

ca934af3-bb0a-49bc-8303-84412cbf5022.png

The gap just inside the entrance and next to the closet was a great place to stow our double stroller (we missed this space once we moved to the Beach Club Villas). We had a connecting room (you can see the doorstop in the lower right corner of the picture) but we never heard a peep.

One side of the “hall” had the closet and the kitchenette and the other side had the two (!) bathrooms.

The first bathroom was HUGE – we actually put one of the room chairs in here to make more space for the Pack N Play. This is a full bathroom with a toilet and a combined tub-shower:

06ea3e48-5928-4fa5-9067-6149335db4e3.png

The second bathroom includes a sink and shower. The shower was wonderful and is what G and I used each morning:

1a491bd7-205b-402b-836f-5aff1b8ca13a.png

I LOVED those two bathrooms – they made getting ready so easy! I would shower first each morning and then move into the other bathroom to continue getting ready while G showered. The walk-in shower felt like a huge upgrade compared to the single bath/shower combo at the BCV (although it was nice to also have a tub for the girls). Both sinks also had drawers and shelves to store toiletries and our medicine bag.

The kitchenette was excellent with our two young kids and their extra gear and snacks:

0efa778b-9fa4-495f-9bde-3a86da702a72.png

I’ve washed many bottles and sippy cups in hotel bathroom sinks – it was wonderful to have a dedicated “kitchen” sink to wash water bottles and bibs. We also loved the cabinets to hold our breakfast items and snacks. If you have young kids and the extra budget, the kitchenette in the DVC studios was SO nice.

Even better, the DVC kitchenettes include a regular mini fridge (ours even had a separate freezer!) a microwave, a regular coffee maker, and a toaster. You also get a mini dish soap, sponge, and dish towel (and a can opener, for some reason):

231c9dae-35af-4bd3-9196-337269727454.png

The cabinets also held a good selection of paper plates and bowls and disposable silverware, plus a roll of paper towels.

Finally, the room!

a5ea943c-e322-4e77-bd40-2c874772d223.png

The décor was so nice! There was plenty of room under the bed to store the suitcases. It was also nice to have a nightstand on each side of the bed. We never used the Murphy bed, but M was pretty amused that a bed could come out of the wall. In case you do need the Murphy bed, you need to move the (somewhat heavy) coffee table out of the way. On the plus side, you can store additional things inside the coffee table – it’s like a trunk!

Do you think M was excited about our room?

92b311dd-6f7f-496e-a926-eb83b214d9ee.png

M was even more excited about her “M-sized” bed for the week:

167f74b5-6a4d-4499-a130-e3c1d5bb07c5.png

Rounding out the room was a nice table and chairs. M was happy to see a mini version of the Tiki Man on the lamp:

aa586e04-79df-4ce0-8772-81cb11fe3954.png

So happy, in fact, that she thought he needed some extra decoration:

695613a7-bb8c-4f9e-a61d-2b8fd26a0a3f.png

As mentioned, we moved the table over and carried one of the chairs into the massive bathroom to make space for the Pack N Play. I realize now that I never took a picture of our Pack N Play and SlumberPod setup! After moving one chair and shoving the remaining chair and table closer to the exterior wall, the SlumberPod fit nicely between the table and M’s pull-down bed. There were plenty of outlets for L's sound machine and the SlumberPod fan, too!

The room's artwork was fun and had several touches of Stitch. M loved the picture of Lilo and Stitch behind her bed (complete with a hidden Mickey) as well as the Stitch-themed picture on the Murphy bed:

56d3a8dd-ebd5-4b9e-a084-748601108b74.png

You can see the Polynesian-themed print next to the other bed (plus you can spot the second nightstand) :

Now that we were in the room it was time to get down to business. ;)

I called Bell Services to get our bags and grocery order and was told to call Housekeeping to get the Pack N Play. We usually travel with our own Pack N Play (we tend to visit multiple hotels while traveling and I’m nervous they won’t have a crib available), but I was confident Disney would have availability.

Indeed, it took less than ten minutes (!) before they were knocking on our door with the Pack N Play. I was impressed!

I got to work setting up the Pack N Play and our SlumberPod. Our pile of bags arrived soon after.

Somehow Bell Services missed bringing our grocery order along with the bags, so the poor guy had to go back and find our delivery order. I’d placed an order with Amazon Fresh the day before with a delivery window around our resort arrival time. I was notified that our order was delivered during our drive from the airport and was happy to pay the $6 Bell Services fee to have them carry multiple bags and gallons of water.

The bellman returned with the groceries and I was happy to give him an extra tip for hauling those bags for us. We quickly put things away in the fridge and kitchenette cabinets.

I ordered some breakfast fare (Cheerios, Frosted Mini Wheats, oatmeal cups, and mini muffins), fruit like apples and bananas, kid snacks like Goldfish and applesauce pouches, and toddler snacks like Puffs and yogurt bites. We also got two gallons of spring water, a six-pack of water bottles (and good thing I did, as the gallon jugs didn’t fit in the fridge), a six-pack of soda, and a few individual bottles of orange juice (it was nice paying $2 instead of almost $5 for the same bottle of Simply Orange juice). Rounding out our order was a package of Clorox wipes and a liquid hand soap for our bathroom (a tip I read in @jrmint427 's trip report and highly recommend it for future trips!).

It was my first time placing a third-party grocery order at Disney World. I decided to use Amazon Fresh as I’m familiar with Amazon’s platform. I used a tutorial from Pixie Dusted Mom on YouTube which made it even easier. You need to update your delivery address to your resort's address to get Amazon Fresh to show up on the Amazon app (as that service is not available everywhere). I sent in my order the day before we arrived and set our delivery time around the time we were to arrive. It was super easy and I’d happily recommend Amazon Fresh if you have Amazon Prime.

Once everything was in order we put L down for a brief rest before dinner. She conked out immediately due to our early morning and busy travel day.

The rest of us contemplated resting in the room before dinner, but M was excited to check out the pool. G stayed with L while M and I changed into swimsuits for the Volcano pool.

We used our Magic Bands to enter the pool gate. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy this afternoon – we had plenty of room to swim.

I’ve never needed the Disney-provided life jackets before, but they were great for M:

612febcc-efa7-408a-b46e-a7f04809f9ac.png

Our favorite spot in the Volcano Pool was this little cove near the bathroom. It was nice and quiet back there:

1854e7e7-b1f6-4dd4-8474-6ad7b1d9fd88.png

It was nice to be at the Poly! :beach:

We’d intended to stay at the pool until 4:00, but due to a miscommunication with the lifeguard we headed back about 15 minutes later than planned. I was charging my Apple watch while swimming and didn’t notice the time discrepancy until I pulled out my phone for the later pictures. Whoops!

(On that note, why don’t they have easily visible clocks at the Volcano pool?! If there are outdoor clocks in there I sure never spotted them!)

We skedaddled back to the room taking in some lovely views along the way:

Hello castle! pixiedust:

Once we returned to the room, M took a quick bath and did an outfit change to prepare for our first ADR and character meal of the trip.

It was time to meet the main mouse!

Up Next: Dinner at Chef Mickey’s

Some countries have different rules that aren't followed here. For example, in some cultures, you should never eat with your left hand. In Hawaii, you are not supposed to laugh out loud in public.

You should only do a low ha.

:duck:

I'm a bit late to the pary, so will take this bit by bit for now.
As you may have guessed, my family enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Polynesian (along with the Beach Club Villas) for our May 2024 Disney vacation.
Glad to hear it was (mostly...) a great time. :)
I will add that the first day was one of the only days I wore my hair down during our vacation. It was hotter than Hades in Orlando last May!
Hot? In Orlando?

Heh... Go now.
Why yes, I'm hanging out with my other main man, Goofy, fully outfitted in my Goofy ears and Goofy shirt. :thumbsup2
:thumbsup2
These plans originally included ten  character meals including Cinderella’s Royal Table, Topolino’s Terrace, 1900 Park Fare, and Storybook Dining at Artist Point.
:faint:
Genie+ and ILLs: YES and yes. Long lines and little kids do not mix. I got enough complaints about the long lines that we sailed through!
If only they knew!
we also booked a Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Party
Goooood...
Love those.
and booked a slot for M to be transformed into a princess at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
Nice! Looking forward to the pics.

Your girls are adorbs, by the way.

Hooray!!! It was Disney Day!
Best day ever! :goodvibes
My original plan was to be completely packed (minus last-minute things) before my husband got home from work the day before. Did that happen?

No.
Instead, I was still working on our three suitcases (children, man!)
Ah yes...
I booked the flight that left at 6:25am. Even though we have two young children.

Crazy? Maybe…
:scared:
But kids will surprise you on occasion.
We waited until the last possible minute before waking the girls and getting them dressed. It helped to mention, “it’s Disney day!” to our oldest daughter when we woke her – far less grumbling and even a little “hooray!”
:)
(long story short: G was yelled at by the airport security folks for leaving our car unattended while he helped me in with the bags),
:sad2:
Oh brother. Like that's gonna help. I've been in a similar situation. I just ignored the security guy and drove away.
Even better, the plane was half empty
:thumbsup2
We look pretty bright-eyed and bushy-tailed despite our early wake-up time.
::yes::
Check out their “best day ever” shirts! I’ve never been one to plan coordinated outfits, but this trip with two little girls turned me into a different person.
You've been converted!
I put L next to the window (a requirement due to the car seat),
Interesting. Did not know that.
Honestly, I was thrilled with how smooth our flights were. The kids did great and we didn’t have a single delay or incident. We were off on the right foot!
Yuss!
they provided stroller rentals and would have our double stroller waiting for us in the SUV.
Nice extra!
HOORAY!!! I was so excited to see that sign. It was my first trip to Disney World in eight years!
:lmao:
You may have mentioned that.
She also won M’s heart by handing her a bunch of Mickey stickers and passed out leis to both girls.
Awww. :)

Look at M – she’s on the edge of her seat to spot the Tiki Man*!
:goodvibes
I was almost pinching myself that I was finally back in Disney World!
I bet! Welcome home!
Once we were seated M insisted the rest of us put on ears.
M is smart. ::yes::
That was also short-lived, but an A+ to our daughter M for her effort to get us all in the Disney spirit!
:thumbsup2
M didn’t used to be a fan of breaded chicken. We don’t eat it at home so M is used to and prefers plain chicken. She also doesn’t like burgers. (Quick service kids meals at Disney were fun, folks!)
Oy. I remember those days. My youngest survived on nothing but mac n cheese for a week!
Both were excellent! G and I are spice wimps (flavorful spices = yes, spicy food = NO)
So... that dish with Carolina Reapers and Ghost peppers is a no, then?
First floor of Tokelau! Just what I’d requested - and perhaps one of the most-requested combinations for the OG Poly Villas. Huzzah!
Yuss! Score!
I’m pretty sure M would ride in a stroller until she was 12, so she was happy to take a ride.

Aww I am so happy to see a new TR from you! I remember your previous ones with your sister, and now you have the two little ones! So sweet :goodvibes

It's so nice when you have an easy travel day! We went to Disneyland this past November and for all my fretting about the flights and getting from LAX to DL, it ended up going perfectly. Always so great when your worries are for nothing!

The Poly DVC villas look soooo nice. My husband and I are considering a WDW trip next year for our birthdays (sans teenager since he has been with his grandparents 3 times without us ) and I will definitely need to look into renting DVC points.

Looking forward to reading about the girls first character meal! Seeing little ones experience Disney magic for the first time is just the best

The poly pool is magical. I love it. We have been lucky enough to stay there twice. And it is great. A Perfect way to start the trip!

I agree - we loved the Poly pool! I’ve read it can be crowded, but we didn’t have any issues during our trip (and our dates even ran across Memorial Day weekend!). We also didn’t have a problem finding a lounge chair.

It was much crazier at Storm Along Bay!

You should only do a low ha.

:duck:

I'm a bit late to the pary, so will take this bit by bit for now.

:rotfl:

Welcome - I’m so happy to see you here! I was wondering where you were!

Glad to hear it was (mostly...) a great time. :)

We had a few frustrating moments (what trip doesn’t?!) but overall we did a ton and had lots of fun.

Hot? In Orlando?

Heh... Go now.

True… but it’s still warmer there than it is in the Midwest right now! I’d take the Orlando temperatures, thanks!

Would you believe we actually made it to nine of them?! We were character dining rock stars on this trip!

If only they knew!

I know, right?! We passed dozens (hundreds, really!) of people in the standby lines - these kids don’t know how good they have it!

Goooood...
Love those.

Despite it’s now insane price, the dessert parties are almost a must-do for me now. I’ve done one on every trip since 2013 and it’s SO NICE to have a set (and less crowded) spot for the fireworks. My family loves dessert, so it’s a nice bonus!

Nice! Looking forward to the pics.

Your girls are adorbs, by the way.

Thanks so much!

M LOVED Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - and she was adorable! (And wore that dress ALL DAY in the heat!)

Best day ever! :goodvibes

Absolutely! I was SO excited. So was M!

:sad2:
Oh brother. Like that's gonna help. I've been in a similar situation. I just ignored the security guy and drove away.

I mean, I understand the rules… but it makes it tough for families with young kids. G also wants to follow the rules so he felt much more bad about it than I would’ve. (Don’t get me wrong, I’m a rule follower, too… but good grief.)

It was a nice perk! No such luck on our second flight, but that wasn’t unexpected as St. Louis is a Southwest hub.

You've been converted!

Only partially. I was all-in on the first day shirts and also bought an Up shirt for AK (which I didn’t wear due to the heat, but maybe someday!). I had fun finding clothes for the girls, though.

Interesting. Did not know that.

Yes, it’s a safety rule. This keeps the car seat from being a hindrance in case of an emergency.

Nice extra!

It was so nice to kill two birds with one stone! I’d originally booked a separate stroller rental with another company, but cancelled it when I was successful getting the double stroller from C&C. It was great to have it the minute we arrived at the resort!

:lmao:
You may have mentioned that.

I may have been excited. :goodvibes

The CMs in front of the Poly were so nice.

She was SO excited to see that statue! We had to say hello to it every time we crossed the lobby!:love:

I bet! Welcome home!

It was great to be home! :goodvibes

M is smart. ::yes::
:thumbsup2

Absolutely! It was fun to get into the Disney spirit right away.

Oy. I remember those days. My youngest survived on nothing but mac n cheese for a week!

That’s exactly what our youngest daughter ate our whole week! Thank goodness for Mac and cheese.

So... that dish with Carolina Reapers and Ghost peppers is a no, then?

BIG NO. :crazy2:

Yuss! Score!

I was SO excited about our room placement! Honestly, we would’ve been fine anywhere, but I took it as a good sign for our trip.

That girl is happy to save her steps for later. She was quite disappointed the stroller couldn’t be taken into the queues!

Aww I am so happy to see a new TR from you! I remember your previous ones with your sister, and now you have the two little ones! So sweet :goodvibes

Welcome! It’s so nice to see you - I remember you from past trip reports! :goodvibes I’m actually returning to Disney World with Anika and my two girls for spring break - it should be an adventure!

I was relieved our travel day was smooth! We’ve been very lucky on flights with kids so far - our first flight with M was rough (but fell over nap time, so not entirely unexpected), but others have gone well. These were L’s first flights and I was happy she stayed calm!

They Poly Villas were awesome! I’d highly recommend staying there both for the rooms and the Poly ambiance. The added bonus of the Poly over another monorail resort is you can walk to the TTC (it’s a short walk!) to catch the Epcot monorail - it cuts tons of time without the resort monorail loop first. It was great to be on the monorail for all the close dining options, plus Capt. Cook’s and the outdoor Trader Sam’s bar were both great!

And YES to renting points! I know there are risks (although you can get trip insurance to cover the non refundable aspect) and there’s some stress involved getting the booking, but it’s so much cheaper! If you have flexible dates you could even look at the existing reservations to cut down the stress.

I thought Chef Mickey’s and the fab five was the perfect way to kick off our trip. It was my first visit to that restaurant!

Joining in! Looks like you had a very smooth start to the trip! I love Pixie Dusted mom. I joke I stalk her You Tube. Her my two kids are right in between her kids ages so she is always about 9 months ahead of me on travel tips, which works perfectly for me!

I also always get liquid soap! I bring some foaming soap with me in a refillable bottle too. I can't stand washing my hands with bar soap. Gives me all the ick!

The DVC rooms at Poly are so nice! My mom and I are taking the kids in March and staying in one. I cannot wait! Your TR has me all excited!

what a lovely room!! That's awesome - how'd you get 2 full bathrooms in a studio?! So nice!

Love the pool time - I 100% agree on needing outdoor clocks!

This. Room. Was. Amazing.
So... you liked the room, then?

:duck:
I’ve washed many bottles and sippy cups in hotel bathroom sinks – it was wonderful to have a dedicated “kitchen” sink to wash water bottles and bibs.
Must've felt like paradise.

Wait! It is paradise!
M was even more excited about her “M-sized” bed for the week:
Awww. :)
So happy, in fact, that she thought he needed some extra decoration:
Can't ever have enough bling.
Indeed, it took less than ten minutes (!) before they were knocking on our door with the Pack N Play. I was impressed!
Not bad at all!
I’d placed an order with Amazon Fresh
Interesting. I think you're the first person I've heard mention this.
Our favorite spot in the Volcano Pool was this little cove near the bathroom. It was nice and quiet back there:
Quiet is a plus. :thumbsup2

Welcome - I’m so happy to see you here! I was wondering where you were!
I'm around... just took me a minute to get over here. :)
True… but it’s still warmer there than it is in the Midwest right now! I’d take the Orlando temperatures, thanks!
Me too. Been a bit chilly up here.
M LOVED Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - and she was adorable! (And wore that dress ALL DAY in the heat!)
:goodvibes
Yes, it’s a safety rule. This keeps the car seat from being a hindrance in case of an emergency.
Oh! Makes sense. :)

Welcome, Katie! I’m so glad you’re here!

I was so happy our flights and car ride went so well. And  about Pixie Dusted mom. She hauls a lot more stuff around the park than I would, but she has a lot of great ideas. How convenient to have kids just behind hers in age!

I also always get liquid soap! I bring some foaming soap with me in a refillable bottle too. I can't stand washing my hands with bar soap. Gives me all the ick!

I’ve never thought to bring or purchase that but I really liked it! I don’t mind the bar soap for a day or two, but it was nice to have the liquid soap for the 10-day trip. It was also nice for the kids - our older daughter struggles with bar soap (probably because we don’t use it at home).

The DVC rooms at Poly are so nice! My mom and I are taking the kids in March and staying in one. I cannot wait! Your TR has me all excited!

How fun! I LOVED the Poly (in case you haven’t figured that out already  ) and would love another stay there. The rooms are wonderful with young kids and the resort as a whole is lovely. I’m glad I can help keep you excited - have an awesome time on your trip!

what a lovely room!! That's awesome - how'd you get 2 full bathrooms in a studio?! So nice!

It was lovely! All of the OG Poly studios were built with the split bathrooms - I wish they’d done that with other studios around property. It made getting ready in the morning so easy!

Love the pool time - I 100% agree on needing outdoor clocks!

I’m glad we squeezed in another swim. And yes, how can you not have clocks at a pool?!

(Honestly, they must have them somewhere. Maybe Stitch decided to steal them all? )

So... you liked the room, then?

Perhaps. ;)

Must've felt like paradise.

Wait! It is paradise!

Yes and yes. ::yes::

Can't ever have enough bling.

It was awfully cute.

Not bad at all!

I was really impressed!

Despite my many trips I’d never used bell services (except one time at the Grand Floridian because, well, GRAND FLORIDIAN). With all our luggage we used them multiple times and they were AWESOME. Always prompt and made moving our mountain of bags super easy.

The Pack N Play delivery was even smoother than I hoped at both resorts!

Interesting. I think you're the first person I've heard mention this.

I looked at a few options (Garden Grocer, which a lot of people use), Walmart+, a few former cast member-owned businesses… but Amazon Fresh had a great selection and a platform I know. It was very easy and I’d use it again (and will in March!).

I loved how much she loved that statue. We take pictures with it on a future day.
