Just made an offer on a resale contract. Really excited but don't want to tell any family or friends yet so I'm posting here. Ha!! Now the wait begins for the seller to respond and then, if they accept, the ROFR. Don't know if I have the patience!!!

SSR. We've stayed there before so we know what it's like. And we were able to get more bang for our buck there. Doing a 250 point contract.

I should be finding out about ROFR by 8/22 and I'm amazed how quickly it went by. However, the last 3 days are going to be painful.

SSR. We've stayed there before so we know what it's like. And we were able to get more bang for our buck there. Doing a 250 point contract.

SSR is the best deal going...longer contract life, cheaper-ish dues, lower price per point. We bought OKW in 2006, when SSR was selling new directly from the mouse, for the same reasons (except longer contract life). Congrats!!

Thanks. I posted the details in the ROFR thread. I feel like we probably could have gone lower with the offer but we didn't want to lose it to ROFR or make the seller made. Their contract was up for less than a day!
