Yes, I think it'll work best for now. I really do love my job and my boss is very fair and wonderful and willing to work with me.

I sent in my application for California and get this: I am missing one course for my license. The course? Crisis and trauma! That's what I do for pity's sake but they want me to have some formal class which is lunacy. I have worked crisis in the EDs for almost 10 years. Anyway I'll start that late summer or early Fall to the low low tune of $2100.

Yes, this is mom's retirement trip. Not from work completely but her job of many many years, she's ready for a change. We'll go on an Alaskan cruise first, then a repositioning cruise down the coast, end in San Diego and drive up to DL.

So so sorry folks for the massive delay but real life has taken over. Update on the move: we close on our home this Monday and we'll be out Tuesday. We are going to stay with my in-laws for 2 weeks so the girls can finish at their current Sbux then it's off to CA July 1. I cannot believe it really happening.

We'll work around your schedule. Since wherever we are going isn't a reservation sort of place, we can go whenever. We eat around 7PM, but mostly because it takes me that long to prepare dinner. When we go out it's usually earlier.
