If you booked a while ago i'd contact Disney customer service and ask because they can still send you them because its not quite too late.
If it's been a while since you booked then they should be there already, but snow really messes with things as I'm sure you're well aware of. Good luck and enjoy your trip!!!
I would call. The same thing just happened to me. I waited until we were 2 weeks out and called. Turned out someone misspelled one of our names so the bands were stuck in production. If I hadn't called to sort it out, they wouldn't have shipped. Thankfully I received the bands in a week. Good luck! Hopefully yours will be shipping soon.
What number did you call please ? I went to MDE and found notification that they were being shipped. I plugged the numbers into UPS tracking site and nothing came up.

I'd call the MDE number: (407) 939-4357 Sometimes UPS/USPS can take a few days to update the tracking on their websites. I've had packages arrive at my house before the tracking info starts working, it's annoying.

Just called. They said I'd never customized my bands. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. Did it twice actually. But the CM was very accommodating and said my customized bands would be waiting for us on check-in. Just to play it safe I'll be bringing last year's bands with us. I'm hearing that people have multitudes of bands! Silly. But I'm glad I took your advice.
