Less Than One Week Left!!!

I have only two weeks and two days till my trip. I can't wait!!!

(SIDENOTE: I changed this to less than one week, though I started this thread when I was originally 2 weeks away.)

we're arriving on the 18th as well. we're staying at por, and wil hopefully be on the magical express around 10.00-10.30 or so. I absolutly can't wait. The worst part is that I can't pack yet. My sister got us a luggage set for christmas, but since DH doesn't know what we are getting yet, I have to wait until I officially find out when we exchange gifts on the 11th.

hey nj...we're flying out of newark on the morning of the 18th. I am worried about driving to the airport, so we're leaving on monday afternoon and staying at a hotel before leaving for the plane at 4.30 am. the kids are going to be so excited they probably won't even sleep that night.

That's great! If you go to my pre-trip report, you can see what we look like, in case you do see us somewhere. It's so exciting to be this close to the trip.

14 days left..................HURRY HURRY HURRY!

I know. . .it's so hard to wait. I just said to my DH that I can't wait til Tuesday. When he asked me why, I said, "Because then we'll only be two weeks away!" How long will you be there? We might actually see you there, though we wouldn't know it.

That's wonderful. We'll be ahead of you, if you arrive at night. Our flight lands at 8:40 p.m. So if you are arriving in the morning, you will be ahead of me. Well, the 11th will be hear soon. You can at least put all your stuff out somewhere, so it's kind of like packing and all you'll have to do is put them in the new luggage you'll be getting. We're officially exchanging gifts with my family on the 16th, since we'll miss Christmas with them.

How funny! You live in PA and are flying from NJ. We live in NJ and are flying out of PA!!! We thought about leaving earlier and spending the night, too. But, then we arranged it, so we can leave for the airport with plenty of time and while it's still daylight. We've never gone to the Philly Airport, but we've heard it's easy to get to. See you at WDW! I won't be able to sleep much either, I can imagine, and I have to work a half day on the 18th.

Won't be long now!

We leave the 19th too!! As excited as I am, it is coming a little too fast. I have sooo much to do and less than 17 days to get it all done. Since we'll miss Christmas too, I have all that to do...the baking, the wrapping...oh, the buying 1st As well as tons of deadlines at work. I want these days to slow down, so the time at Disney might feel slower too!?

i'm done buying.. have the christmas trees up.. have to do the wrapping but the kids are home on a snow day today. I've got a bit of baking to do but not much seeing as we wont be here. I've got the list written out of everything I need to take and keep adding to it daily.
Its almost here.. Get me OUT OF THIS SNOW!!! lol

My DH and I feel a bit rushed, too. He has to get some projects at work done before going. I am a teacher, and I'm trying to get all my loose ends done, as well as prepare for days I'm taking off before the winter break. We still have to do Christmas shopping, though we finished decorating. We are going to celebrate Christmas with family the Sunday before we go, so we have to hustle to get everything done. But, it will be worth it, once we arrive at WDW!!!

We also leave on the 19th for our first stay at CR and AKL. I can hardly wait. We are in the processing of moving and don't have room in the new house for a tree this year, but I did buy a huge jingle bell wreath for the front door and it looks great. We did our cooking at Thanksgiving, so we will have a small dinner on Christmas Day back at home, after the Disney Christmas Day Parade.

Flying out of Chicago Ohare her. I am still trying to get ouver we are leaving here in such a short amount of time. I have no idea why I can not get over it, maybe its been planned for so long seems like it should still be another month away. I am really really excited as much as the kids , maybe more so

Well I must tell you I am actually live in WI but we are driving in on the 17th staying at a hotel for our early flight the next day.
I used to live in the northwest burbs when i was in school.
