I read a while back where they were trying out a new policy with strollers. You could pay for your stroller for up to 5 days, cutting down on the rental lines- especially at MK. I knkow they did this for a while as an experiment. Does anyone know if they are doing this now?

I'm not exactly sure how this would work as these strollers are not collapsible. Where would they be stored and are you thinking on bringing these on the Disney buses?

Jillpie- the strollers are the same Disney ones and the procedures the same- get them at the park in morning and leave them there. Except, you would have a separate line and wouldn't have to wait to pay. Just show some sort of slip and grab a stroller. They did this a couple of months ago. I heard it really helped in the lines for MK strollers!
I want to rent them. My kids are 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 now and I don't want to fool with them on the buses anymore! ;)

Wow, well ya learn something new every day. I'm past the days of strollers, thank goodness. But they sure were nice when we needed them.

I read on a thread in the Families board that they discontinued this "Length of stay" stroller rental. That it was on a trial basis.

I was there at the beginning of Sept and asked the CM working the stroller rental about it and she seemed to have no clue what I was talking about.
