I picked up the Seaside House for my mom to give younger dd for Christmas, and the Marina will be stored away for Easter (I'm done with Christmas other than stocking stuffers).
Thought it was a decent deal though, since I rarely see legos on sale. I know Toys R Us is slightly higher priced that most stores, but these 2 sets I got are listed at 49.99 on Lego's site (Toys R Us had them for $54.99), and I got both for $93, including tax.
