Can you do the whole park including water park and sea park all in one day?

Maybe... but probably not if you want to see everything thing or haven't been before.

We went last week. It was our 3rd time. Haven't been for 2 years or so.
We haven't done SeaLife and even though we had passes that included the waterpark this trip we didn't end up going.
We did learn, this time, that they open some rides early. Which is well worth it.
Several of the rides have very low capacity and well, they aren't really efficient at loading :) Patience is the word of the day for hubby whenever we go.

The one thing that might help you get through faster is if your kiddos are older and don't want to do the little kids rides... which are slow going :)
But going early made a big difference for us.
They open the gate an hour before and select rides 30 mins early.
(Safari and SkyCruiser, are the ones that have really long lines after opening, so going on these early saved us tons of time)
Also they were handing out free drip coffee coupons when we walked in.... which made the 30 mins til rope drop very nice :)

Good Luck. Enjoy!
