Lego sets with motors?

My friend is looking for a lego set with a motor for her DD. Is there any chance of her finding one in stock so late in the game for Christmas? If so, where might she find it? And to make this thread budget related, are there any good deals to be had?

I saw them at TRU this week. In fact I think it might have been yesterday. It was a big set though. It looked like a monorail. They also have train ones.
