Legit work-at-home opportunities

Can anyone give me some information about legitimate, legal work at/from home opportunities? How do you get started? What do you do? How do payments work?

I don't do this myself, but wanted to suggest the possibility of medical or legal transcription. I think many community colleges offer classes on this to learn the lingo, etc.

At my old job (for the Judiciary), we would have to order transcripts of legal hearings. We would send the transcriber the tape, but the billing part was dealt with directly with the attorney or the person who was arrested. I think our transcriber charged something like $3/per page, and she would require a deposit up front (she did have a couple of problems collecting the money, but I think for the most part people paid her in a timely manner).

I too would say EBAY.

You get the mechandise from you, and unwanted items you have hanging around. Or you can yard sale and pick up deals and sell them. Really, people buy things you would never think of.

I swear, if you go to ebay and search "dirty underwear" , it'll be there. wait ......

The best bet is to go and look around and see what items people are selling.

It is a good idea, you just have to take the time to list it correctly and price it right!

After I lost my job and my parents last year I started putting some of their stuff up on eBay. All of a sudden I was making what I made when I was working!!

eBay is now my biggest form of income. I have a part time job that balances it out but sometimes I think it interrupts my eBay business!
