Legacy AP discount resolved

Anyone supposed to have that on the app and not get it? My daughters and I all had deluxe AP's and on my app it shows theirs but not mine. I even tried re-scanning my pass but it says it is already on their but it doesn't show up. I don't really want to call the AP line again cuz last time I did I literally had to wait on hold for 2 hours. Any ideas?
 
So I saw on another thread that you can call and I did and luckily I got through and the cast member was able to add it. WOOT!!
 
After waiting on the chat for 48 hours I called the AP number and the CM was able to add mine and my wife's in 5 minutes. Wait on hold wasn't too bad.

Yea I called the other day because my girls still haven't gotten their refunds. I waited 2 hours. I called today and got on in 5 mins and she was able to add it. :)
 

We just received our refund this morning. Whew! The app says our passes are linked, but I can't see them. I guess Ill call later. I havent received my legacy pass email. so maybe ill call Monday. Im just glad to have the refund.
 
My youngest just got her refund finally yesterday but my older one cancelled the card she had used so she has to wait for a check. But def call because I was able to get through and she added them and it only took a few minutes!!
