left over CS used for snacks?

Is it possible to do this? it used to be if memory serves. I'm not talking about trying to get a mountain of snacks to equal the price of a CS meal, but just y'know...some extra mickey rice crispies on the way out...using four CS for four snacks...like that.

We'll have 8 remaining CS on our last day. We'll try to get a CS in before we leave but we'll still have those extra four credits.

Has anyone done this?

We were able to do this at The Mara at AKL on our last day - I think it was 3 snacks for 1 CS - and they counted the big 10 oz. bags of the Mickey pretzels as one snack - so we had 6 big bags to take home (not easy to stuff in the luggage though!) Someone told me that this is not the case in the parks, it's at the discretion of the CM in the resorts, or resort gift shops. Not sure what the actual rules are.

Well we will be at the Poly for breakfast on our last day...perhaps they'll let us get some snacks at their quick service place!

We stayed at POP and we were also allowed to take snacks for credits.. it was a drink and 2 snacks per credit. I think it is up to the CM or the resort though. Something else we did ws that we went to the pastry shop in France and used a CS credit to get 2 desserts and a drink. You can get either 2 sweet things or a savory and a sweet. There were 3 of us so we got a savory for DD to eat for lunch and we all got dessert too.

Same thing at All-Star Movies. We had a TON of credits left and the cashier let us buy dinner for a family to use up credits.

We did it at Mara - we got 4 snacks for one CS. My suggestion is to do it early in the day other wise there isn't much to choose from.
