Hi: I do not eat steak, but hubby does so I am wondering if anyone has tried the Free range chicken or the Grilled Pork Chop.

Thanks,

Deb.

I shouldn't post this.......But I can't resist. Every time I see "free range chicken," it cracks me up.

I grew up with farm animals everywhere. We had chickens in the henhouse that laid eggs. They were nice and fat. Then we had what we called yard chickens and they just seemed to run loose all the time. They were slim and sinewy.

Whenever my mother would announce we were having chicken for dinner, I'd ask if it was store bought chicken or yard chicken. Eating yard chicken could be like eating the chicken equivalent of beef jerky. They were like poulty marathon runners. If we were having yard chicken, I knew it was a vegetables and bread night for me. :rotfl:

So when people began using the term "free range chicken" years ago, someone in my family asked what that meant. I said, "YARD CHICKEN!!!" and we all got a good laugh. We were years ahead of the trend. :rotfl2:

I'm certain the free range aka yard chicken is excellent there. There is a link somewhere to photos of the food at each restaurant and I think I saw either the pork chop or the chicken on it. Maybe someone knows that link. It has a list of photos by restaurant.
