LeCellier for lunch.....what's good?

I would also love to know, I couldn't get dinner ADR so we are going for lunch! Looks like the menu is about the same?

We had the beef tenderloin salad and french dip. Both were excellent. Fresh fruit cobbler was delicious.

We are going for lunch also (could not get dinner ADR)! I am looking forward to the cheese soup, which I have heard so much about here!

I just went there on Friday for lunch and enjoyed the Filet with the cream cheese mashed potatoes. YUMMY!!! My fiance had the beef tips and he said they were delicious.

I think this is one of the best restaurants on Disney property! Everything here is good. The breads are delicious (come with your meal) and they have an appetizer Shrimp with Wasabi Coleslaw that is just a great dish, a must order. Offhand, I can't remember the name, but one of the steak entrees comes with gorgonzola and that was excellent. Desserts are good too!

We had lunch there last week - it was one of our favorite meals. We ordered two appetizers and one entree and shared it all. We left a few bites on our plates, it was plenty! We had Steamed Mussels (soak up the broth with the bread), cheese soup (yummy) and the Prime Rib sandwich with potato salad. The Prime Rib melted in your mouth, it was one of the best sandwiches we have ever had. I am sure you will love it there, have fun :flower:

They have a grilled chicken sandwich with canadian bacon & cheese on it that was really good. I ordered it with the mashed potatoes instead of fries and removed the bun and just ate the chicken. It was quite good! I can also say that the lunch filet is also great. DH seems to get the Prime Rib sandwich and it's good sometimes, and not-so-good others. Seems to depend on how good the cut of meat is that day.

We usually end up at Le Cellier at least twice on our trips - we love it!

We were there at the beginning of the month for lunch. Dh had the NY strip steak and thought it was really good. He also had the cheddar cheese soup as an appetizer and the apple cobbler for dessert. I had a chicken sandwich with Canadian bacon and cheddar cheese (on an English muffin) which came with a side of celery slaw. It was all wonderful! I also had the soup (yum!) and the maple creme brulee for dessert. The maple creme brulee made my entire meal worthwhile!

Enjoy it all!
