Leaving soon, have a few questions

now that it is so close & it's "getting real", I have a few questions:

1. I have two babies in diapers so I thinking of putting a luggage tag on a box & checking the entire box of diapers. What do you think, too risky? (I will have some in my carry on, but hoping not to have a weeks worth).

2. We have PAT of 1:15. I was thinking that we will plan to arrive @ 12:30, that will give us time to get unloaded & check our bags & we are hoping that we miss the morning rush & the rush before the bosses arrive. Does that seem like a good plan?

I'm sure more questions will pop up as I pack & think about the logistics.

I don't know much about the box situation, but I do know that it is extremely expensive to buy diapers in some of the ports. Not sure which ports you'll be visiting. I would just cram diapers/wipes in every available space in my luggage.

We brought a carry-on sized luggage with diapers and wipes, and tagged that. I think they would take a box of diapers with a luggage tag...but I don't know for sure.

Arriving at 12:30 should be no problem.

Yes, you can tag a box of diapers and send it with checked luggage. I recommend having enough in your carry-on to get through at least dinner in case luggage delivery is running late.

Arriving at 12:30 should be fine. Barring any significant delays with boarding that's usually about the time Open Boarding is called at Port Canaveral.

I feel so unprepared, even though I have been stalking EVERY.THREAD for a while now.

Sounds like you are prepared. I agree with making sure you have enough diapers for the afternoon/early evening just in case luggage is slow getting to your cabin.

12:30 sounds like a good time. You should not have to wait for long if at all.
