Leaving on a jet plane......

well THIS IS IT!!! after 3 years of cancelled trips, i'm finally leaving on a jet plane, headed for the Mouse!!!!

only 6 more hours until the taxi picks me up!!! Then after about 25 hours of traveling, i'll be there!!!!

i'm all packed and ready (actually repacked 3 times this morning )

This is the first time i'm visiting WDW solo...
i'll be there for 8 days on my own, before my sister and mom join me for the last weekend (for a conference that we are attending together)..

Since i'm on my own, i decided to take the opportunity to go on a few of the backstage tours i've always wanted to do, but never managed to convince the family to do. I'm really looking forward to them!!

And what i'm really really really looking forward to are the two mini-meets during my visit - the dole whip meet on Thursday June 17th at 6 pm and the Poly meet on Saturday June 26th at 2 PM. I'm so thrilled that i'm finally going to meet some of my DIS friends. i can't wait!!!!!

i can't match Aaron's live reporting skills (or Wayne on the UK board), but maybe i'll succeed in posting a few live updates. We shall see.
