Leaving luggage with bell sevices?

Hi
we are going back for a long columbus day w/e trip. We can't wait to go to MNSSHP again.
I originally booked POP for 10/4-10/8 but decided to fly down late on 10/3.
POP os booked. I figured we could stsy by the airport and then go to POP the next day.
We thought we would go to a water park (BB). I thought it might be too busy on saturday (plus its the day after the party so we might want to sleep late.
OK now the question. if we go to BB, I don't want to bring my camera and video camera. Would it be safe if I packed it in my suitcase and left it with bell services until they brought it to my room?

We arrived at POP at 8 AM and of course our room wasn't ready until almost 5 PM. We left our luggage with bell services and hit the parks. When we got back to the room, our luggage was there. Nothing was bothered. If you are unsure, put locks on your suitcase and then you should know if it has been tampered with.

I wouldn't hesitate to leave my luggage.

I have to agree! When we went in may i left my carry-on with my camera, camer charger and ipod along with my important prescriptiions in my luggage that i checked with the bell hop!!! no problems at all!!!

We have left our belongings with bell services on most trips. We always have at least one lap top with us, and sometimes the work lap top is hauled along too. Never a problem. (Knock on wood ) We always make a note to hang on to the claim tags though. Have a great time at MNSSHP! I wish I were going this year!!!

I wouldn't worry about it. You can leave just about anything with bell services or luggage assistance and it will be fine. We've left a case of beer with them and got it back (if no one takes off with a case of beer that wasn't disguised at all, I think you can trust them). I even leave my laptop out, plugged in and in full view of the housekeeper in the resort room.
