Leaving in a few days - Have ?.

I rented some points and we are staying at the BWV. Originally we were booked from Sunday Feb 26th - Thursday March 3rd at BWV Preferred Boardwalk View. Decided a few weeks ago to add on Friday the 4th but had to rent points from a different member. She was told that they could just link my reservations together so we would not have to switch rooms. Well, I just received my confirmation for the last night and it shows Pool/Garden View. I tried to contact the lady I rented from so she could call and change this but I beleive she is on a cruise right now. Anyone know what the chances are they can change this upon check in so we can stay Boardwalk View the entire time - really don't want to change rooms for one night.

BW preferred and Pool/Garden preferred - are the same number of points.

when you asked for the last day added, MS was out of BW.

I don't know what the front desk will do. they may put you in pool/garden the whole time if you insist that you don't want to move.

or just it as is.

or put you in BW the entire time.

It is hard to predict what the front desk will do. (not to mention the room controller)

when you check in you can ask about the BW view for the whole time. But don't get upset when you get told impossible. BW view go fast!!!!

Since Boardwalk view is a specific guaranteed reservation, the second owner probably had no choice when she called to make the ressie. Preferred view would have been the only choice. Since you don't want to change rooms, you might want to inquire upon arrival about staying regular preferred view the whole time. If Boardwalk is what you have your heart set on, then just take the PV room for one night and move for the rest of your trip. It really isn't that difficult, and will be infinitely easier.
