jackets, long pants (jeans), sweatshirts, etc.... We are having unseasonably COLD weather here in St. Louis - it's rainy and only in the 50s.

You can check the weather forecast at www.wdwig.com or the weatherchannel.com. No matter what time of year, I always bring a sweatshirt and one pair of long pants - the AC in Florida can be brutal!
Have fun - we are arriving one week after you!

Our boys love those pants that can zip off into shorts! If it warms up as the morning progresses they just "change" to shorts and put the "legs" in their fanny packs.

I, too, always pack at least one pr. of long pants and one light jacket no matter what time of year.

However, if you do want to pack light, the gift shops carry an abundance of Disney sweatshirts you can purchase! :rotfl: Only thing is, you still have to pack them for the trip home !!

One pr. of lightweight long trousers for leaving home, + a windbreaker. STL just gets those weird cold snaps sometimes, and we might be having another when you come home; my DS was born on Mem. Day weekend, and it was 48 the day we brought him home.

While Florida is very seldom is cool this time of year, it *is* rainy, so a windbreaker can be useful. (We use ponchos in the parks, but windbreakers everywhere else.)

HI. We just got back on Thursday. We wore pants on the plane down along with a long sleeve shirt and lightweight jacket. I never needed to rewear the pants while there. And on the plane home I wore shorts with my jacket. But I wished I had worn the pants because it was dense fog and maybe only 50 in Boston when we got back. I did (as a good mother) put pants on my kids for the return flight though.

We weren't out late at night at all. Perhaps pants might be needed then. Have fun!

I would take something. Better safe than sorry. FL weather can be CRAZY! At least take a light jacket. My DD gets cold in the air conditioned restaurants for dinner when she has cold sodas or milkshakes.

I really like the pants that zip off to become shorts.

Or, you could just plan on buying something in the park if someone gets cold. You know it will cost you, but that might be better than carrying a jacket around.
