Leaving in 3 Days...

...And I don't have anything done yet!

For months I made lists: rides/attractions we haven't done before or are new since we were there last; groceries I would buy when we get there; food/snack items we would bring with us; etc. Now here I sit with 3 days to go, and I have nothing packed. I guess I am just destined to stress myself out procrastinating.

I have to go to CAA tomorrow to get our travel medical insurance, since hubby didn't follow up on the one call he made to his employee insurance (Public Service Health Care Plan) and I am not going anywhere without proof of coverage in my wallet. I know they offer out of country coverage, but he requested new access/coverage cards and they haven't arrived. I have to drop some prescription receipts off to them tomorrow so I will ask them if there is anything they can give me or somewhere to get it online.

I also have to get the Christmas gifts wrapped and mailed out by Thursday because we won't be back until the 14th and if I wait until then they might not arrive in time.

So much to do...so little time.

I looked into the coverage, I think its only max $100,000 per trip, which is not enough if someone actually had something serious happen like a heart attack, I bought PC Financial too for $36. And you should just need to jot down the 1-800 number and your cerficate number. That's what I am doing anyways!

Thanks! I called SunLife a couple of weeks ago, and got somebody at a call centre who didn't speak English very well. He wasn't very helpful. Where would I find the 800 number?

I have this number:1-888-757-7427. While verifying it it looks like coverage may be $500,000 not $100,000. Although I have read on these boards you can't have too much insurance anyway!
