Leaving for Montreal in a few hours

Just wanted to say goodbye. I'm leaving for a weekend in Montreal with my sister, niece, and 12 preteen girls and their families in a few hours. My niece is playing in a hockey tournament there. It should be a fun weekend, but what was I thinking agreeing to go to Montreal the end of January? It's going to be soooooooooo cold.
