Leaving after Dec. 14th?

We will be in WDW from dec 14 to the 21 and we were wondering when the sales would come out for that time. We checked US Air and for the two of us from LAX to MCO it came out to be 422. We almost paid 600 a few days ago so glad we waited. Thanks for everyone who helped me figure out when to buy the plane tickets, it was the last thing we needed so now all we have to do is relax until our trip.

Wow Justin,
We have the same itinerary as you.

We are hoping to leave on December 13, from an LA area airport, and return on the 22nd.

We keep checking travelocity.com.

Usually, cheaper fares from LA airports (SNA, BUR, Long Beach, LAX, Ontario) come out about 3 months prior to the flight, so since we are going in December, we aren't anticipating buying tickets until at least August/September.

P.S. - If you're willing to fly out of SNA (John Wayne Airport in Orange County) you may be able to get a good fare on Continental with one stop in Houston, as they fly that fare numerous times per day.

Update:

Just saw a fare of $188 including most taxes on www.travelocity.com for US airways from LAX to MCO (when you search, say your dates are flexible) with one stop. Available until December. Check it out...I'm talking to my family on the phone right now to see if we should snatch it up.


They have almost all days in December available.
