Leaving AAA & help needed (11/9 - 11/14) is Valid for the Disney Visa Card right?

Ok my dh just called to talk to another travel agent at AAA (ours is on vacation) and she said that the dates we have booked the code is not valid on.
(11/9 - 11/14) for the Disney Visa Card visa code are valid dates right?

According to the website

9/28 to 10/11; 11/9 to 11/22; 12/14 to 12/20

Code to use is QXZ and number to call is 407-939-7635 (this is different from the number I called back when I got my AP room rates, so don't know if that is a special number for this offer to not.)

The dates for November are the 9th - 22nd, so you should be eligible.

ok ... called back AAA agent still says not available.
I have a 200 deposit down if i cancel the AAA reservation will I lose it?
I want to try to book this myself and see if it is cheaper ...

do I have to deal with the AAA office I booked with? Anyone know if there is a 800 number for AAA I can call that can modify my reservation? Or if i can call another office?

Call or go to the disney rewards website and see if you can book the package with the discount yourself for your dates. IF (that's a big if, make sure you can book what you want before you cancel your old one) you can, book it and pay the new $200 deposit. Then call your AAA travel agent and cancel your old res and get your deposit back.

This is why I did it myself this year, that and the fact that the CAA agent I talked to wanted to sell me an $800 flight.

You shouldn't have a problem getting your $200 back.

Looking at the Disney Rewards site I think you have to phone (no Disney Visa for me so I wasn't sure if it was like the GP codes where you just had to find the link). Call the number that disneyin2008 gave you and find out if anything for your dates is available.

Maybe she means it's not available for the resort you picked? They only have a block of rooms at each resort for each code. She might not know enough to ask them to check the other hotels for those dates.

My AAA TA told me the same thing. Call AAA and tell them to use code DLV per Disney travel. I'm going to call mine tomorrow.

The DVL code worked! The TA covering for mine is out today and my AAA TA is still on vacation.
The TA coving for mine left a message at the AAA office for us saying she was able to apply the code (strange she didn't call and let us know) ... I called The AAA office today still no paperwork (I hope nothing got screwed up) they said she was able to do it
So:
Disney regular rate - about 2200.00
AAA discount rate - 1900.00
Fall pin discount rate - 1792.00
The DVL rate - 1489.00 !

I can't believe it - this is for 2 adults 2 kids, room at pop, tickets, and meal plan. This is so great Thank you everyone for your help
