Least traffic driving in from MCO in the morning : 528 vs 417?

our flight arrives into MCO late and planning on staying in a nearby airport hotel using my Bonvoy points. Planning on hitting the Vineland outlets the next morning. If staying north or the airport looks like I would take 528 westbound the next morning. If staying south of the airport (Lake Nona area), then would take the 417 westbound.

Which of the 528 or 417 would have the least traffic issues heading westbound in the AM?

I would take SR 528 to the I-Drive exit and head south. You can get in to the outlets from the back by turning right on Vineland Ave. from I-Drive.

SR 417 is under construction from SR 528 to I-Drive, and people don't drive intelligently through the work zone. I'd avoid it if you can.
