Lead person?

I’ve looked and can’t find an answer, also the hold time with calling Disney is ridiculous. Thought someone on here would be able and help out.

How do you know who the “lead” or main person is on a reservation? We currently have two rooms booked, however, one person (who made and booked both rooms) may not be able and go on this cruise.

Typically it’ll be whose listed first on the reservation

The first adult who was added to the booking is the lead person. The booking has to be associated with a sailing and a room, so no placeholders.

Yes it is the first person listed on each reservation. You can easily change or swap out who travels or if before date of final payment cancel the lead person - but as far as I know those things (changing names, swap out or drop a passenger) will unfortunately require a call to Disney or your travel agent if you used a travel agent to book this cruise. If you used Disney to book it, then you need to call Disney and wait in line unfortunately.

I believe you are correct - if an OBB was used to make this reservation then I don't think the lead person can change unless - the next lead person was also on the romm/sailing where the OBB was made - but that again would require a call to DCL to see if that is even possible. I am now myself curious as to the proper answer around OBB.
