Weird question but does the lead person on an ADR need to be there or can a friend check-in under their name? Would having the magic band help? I have an ADR booked for my friend in 1 park but am now planning on physically being in a different park at that time. I do not want to book another ADR at that time, just FP+. Thanks!

We have never had them ask for ID. We walk up and say the name on the reservation and are seated. Now if a big, burly guy claims to be Mary Ann Jones.....just pull out the gender outrage and they will back off. It should not be a problem.

Haha, my female friend can give my girly name. It wouldn't have even crossed my mind as a potential problem except when I booked my fp it listed my other fps that day as being replaced (expected) and then it also showed the ADR in another park (except the reservation didnt get cancelled and still appears in my account). Fingers crossed, thanks!
