i know it's not a disney restaurant, but they have really good breakfast. it is somewhere near sea world. any idea how far it is from CSR? thanks!

Hello, I am going to eat here on Oct 23rd.I heard so many good things about le peep!! From what I understand it is very close to Universal. But to make sure, and to look over the menu. Here is thier website. Take care, and have a great trip!!

It is North of Universal in a shoppiing center on the Northwest corner of Kirkman and Conroy. I used to live less than a mile from there. From CSR you are talking about 23 miles.

Yes, how are the prices? My mother is insisting, that it must be expensive. But, I have a certificate I brought from restaurant .com So, at least I will have 25.00 to deduct from my bill.

We have Le Peep here in Houston. They are good and they are not expensive.
