Le Cellier, Yachtsman, or Concourse?

How do they compare? I had my chops set for steak and creme brulee (maple, no less) at Le Cellier, and we may not get to keep the ADR if the kids don't want to spend two days at Epcot.

If we have to give it up, we'll be at the MK that day. WDW-DINE suggested Concourse Steakhouse or Yachtsman as good steakhouse alternatives and they both have available ADRs.

How do they compare to Le Cellier? Or should we just go in a totally different direction and eat at Kona's?

Our ADRs for the week already include:
Liberty Tree
Mama Melrose
Akershaus Storybook lunch
Chef Mickeys
Ohana's

I hate to not eat at LC, but the kids come first and I don't see DS11 and DD4 enjoying two days of Epcot or the WS tour I had planned for day two.

Any thoughts??

Well, I now see that Yachtsman is a 2 credit restaurant on the DDP, so that's out.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a place that would be close to MK for dinner if the kids talk us out of two days at Epcot? Conversely, do you think kids 11 and 4 would enjoy touring the WS (masks, Kidcot stations, etc) and we should just hunker down and stay with the plan?

Do you have park hoppers? Can you start the day in MK and then take the monorail over to Epcot in the evening to eat at Le Cellier?

If not, Concourse Steakhouse was good when we ate there in March. We had ADR's at opening (5pm) so it was not noisy from Chef Mickey's yet. Easy to get to from MK (first stop on the resort monorail)

For food, Concourse is better than Le Cellier. The steaks are a lot better at Concourse, and I prefer the Lobster Bisque to the cheese soup. Atmosphere is a little different. I have seen some people say that Le Cellier is like a dungeon (a little harsh IMHO), but it is true that it doesn't feature great views. Concourse would be much better for atmosphere if it wasn't right next door to Chef Mickey's. Because CM is so rowdy, it tends to carry over in the CS. Overall, I prefer Concourse, but I wouldn't disrupt a day touring Epcot to run all the way over to the Concourse Steakhouse.

Nope, no hoppers for us. That would solve the problem easily though!

So is the consensus that Concourse is a better choice than Kona? I know it's comparing apples and oranges, but it is possible to compare contrasting restaurants, LOL! I think I would like Kona, but we are eating at Ohana's the next night so it may be overkill.

Lastly, we're staying at the POR - - would Boatwright's be on par with Concourse? That would be super easy to eat at the hotel and then go to a park but it might mean eating earlier than normal (eat, bus, MK vs. bus, eat, MK).

Sigh.... so many choices! And I have to be sure what I want to do about the park (EP vs MK) because I'll darn well never get Le Cellier back once I cancel it!!
