The poll is meant to find a restaurant to omit for Citricos - sorry for the typo

Based on all the great reviews we are thinking of adding Citricos to our list for Jan. but we need to get rid of something to replace it with. Right now I am leaning towards The wave or Le Cellier, which would you replace??

Right now We have ressies for :

Kona
Boma
Ohana
Garden Grille (DS fav Characters)
Teppan Edo
Le Cellier
The Wave
Blue Zoo
Flying Fish
Sanna
Tusker House (Character BK)
Crystal Palace (Character BK)

well, I misread, of course and accidentally voted Le Cellier off the island. DOH!

Would actually dump Teppan Edo to go to Citricos.

The poll sort of reads the opposite of your intent.

Of the whole list I would skip Ohana. I hear too many weak reviews. Of the two you have picked, I would probably trim The Wave. It is a rather bland setting with good, but unremarkable food. That may be because of my nostalgic love for Le Cellier however.

Out of your choices the only one I wouldn't go to again is the Wave so I would get rid of that.

I was really interested in going to the Wave because I like their environmental approach and the menu seemed interesting. We were in a large party and the only thing we all agreed tasted okay was the butter. Never again.

I'd knock Kona myself. I just don't like the set up of the restaurant there.
2nd choice would be to knock the Wave.

Yes, I made a typo with the poll question so of course I cant be sure if ppl read the post and voted correctly, but I have taken The wave off the list and replaced it with citricos anyway.

Thanks all

If you have a decent hibachi restaurant near you at home, I'd ditch Teppan Edo...it's not really any different.

We didn't care for the Wave, we were still hungry when we left Teppan Edo, and Le Cellier is more hype than substance. We really liked Sanaa.

We LOVE Citrico's. I would gladly give up all 4 of the others to go to Citrico's. :rotfl2:

The Wave and Kona Cafe are two of my hidden favorites, so I picked Teppan Edo.

I always hit Kona for lunch. I love the bbq taco. :)
We've done the Wave for breakfast and really enjoyed it.

Both are easy to walk-in, too.

I voted for Le Cellier based on the poll question instead of the intended question. My real answer is "I don't know" since I've never been to any of the other places. I hear the Wave stinks, though.

I would agree with this, nothing really different than any other hibachi restaurant, though Teppan Edo is good. However, the same, IMHO could be said for Le'Cellier as well. If you have a decent or average steak house (like Outback) then you have experienced a Le'Cellier (just my opinion). Other than steak laying on rice and covered in mushroom sauce, it's not really any different.

Of the op's list, my least favorite excluding the character buffets would be the Wave. We tried it the last time we were in WDW and I have to admit, I was not overly impressed with the place.

Good decision! Citricos is my favorite, it's amazing!

I would drop Teppan Edo because it's nothing out of the ordinary - Teppanyaki places are a dime a dozen.
