I just made an ADR for LeCellier (CP package). I was surprised they said we would be seated at two tables because we are a party of five. I've never eaten at LeCellier and just wondering, do they only have small tables that seat 4?

Thanks!

Last month at LC I had a party of 4 adults and a tot in a high chair. It looked like a large table for 4 to me. I know that it's a small place, and they have very few tables for parties larger than 4, so they have to give 2 or more tables to large parties. Its a great place, even though it is very small and crowded. It was a delicious. I hope you have a great meal there:thumbsup2 ((BTW, the bathroom also really brought out the claustrophobe in me:rolleyes1 ))

I believe they tell you that in case you will be separated. But usually they try very hard to seat you together. It is strange that they said this for a party of 5, though. We're a party of 8 this trip and I expect them to split us up. We've always been placed at tables next to one another - not across the room.

Enjoy the two tables. When we were there in June they put our family of 5 at a table for 4 and popped a chair on the end. Wasn't that thrilled with the seating arrangement, especially for our first time there, but the service/food/atmosphere more than made up for it. It really did live up to my expectations set so high by the constant raves on this board. Enjoy!

I have an ADR at Le Cellier on 12/12/07 at 7:10pm for 4 adults, 2 children. They mentioned nothing about splitting us up.:confused3

Thanks for the info! The only time I've been to that restaurant is when it was a cafeteria, a VERY long time ago! No ADR's taken or required! Anyone else remember when it was like that?

In Feb we were a party of 11. They told us it would be 3 tables and when we arrived they were able to push three together and we were all really at one table We have an ADR there for August with a party of 5 and they did not mention splitting us up.

We had a ressie at Le Cellier last July 4th for a party of 6 and were told when we made the ADR that we'd be seated at two tables. When we got there we were all seated together, not sure if it was one big table or a couple of tables put together. You may end up together anyways :yay:
good luck!

We went to Le Cellier last fall during free dining as a family of 5 and when I made our ADR they said at that time that we would be seated at two different tables. I was just thankful that we were able to get in at all and took it anyway. However, when we checked in for our ADR, we were seated at one table within 10 minutes of our reservation time. So I would think that there is a good chance that you will be seated together after all.

Happy planning! :goodvibes
