Le Cellier Kids' menu on DDP

My DD5 will be ordering from the kids' menu at Le Cellier. I noticed on the menu posted on allears.net that one of the options is steak, but it has a $2 upcharge. Since we will be on the DDP, will she be able to order the steak as a TS credit, or will we be charged the $2? I don't mind paying the extra for her to have something other than mac and cheese, but since adult entrees are covered, it seems like all the kids' options should be, too.

We got back from WDW last week, and my 9yo son had the steak dinner. We too were on the DDP, and there was no $2 upgrade charged. HTH!!

DD6 ordered the steak back in February (we were on the DxDP) and there was not an additional charge.
