Where do I find Roger Rabbit and Marsupilami?

We're going to be in The World in June and we upgrade from the FD pin to the DDP. My beautiful wife insisted that she take me to Le Cellier for Father's Day lunch and I'm looking over the menu for options for DS 7 and DD 3.
As I understand it, DDP includes an appetizer for both of them. If they do not choose the "Kids Picks", what are their choices for appetizers? Do they still have to choose between Carrot & Celery sticks or Canadian Cheddar cheese soup, or are there other options outside of the Kids Picks special?
