Le Cellier Hours and Biergarten Question

I'll hit you with two questions...

1. Can't find Le Cellier lunch hours anywhere...can someone help or point me in the right direction? Allearsnet.com doesn't have them.

2. If we have time we'd like to try the Biergarten buffet, but since we don't spend too much time at EPCOT and just hop over there spontanously when we feel like it to see a show or certain attraction, it'll be hard to committ to a PS. Is a PS needed as badly here or will we be ok calling when we get there or stopping by and chcking for PSs when we are at EPCOT.

I think I remember seeing on my January trip that the lunch menu ended at 3:30, and the dinner menu started at 4 for LeCellier.

We were able to get a PS at Germany with very little wait both of the times we ate there--in January (MLK weekend which was crowded) and in June.

I have at times called WDWDINE as close as 30 minutes to when I wanted to eat and have been able to get PSs. For example, yesterday I called at 5:30 with three people for Cape May, and was given a choice of 5:50 or 6:15. Then I had a PS.

I've done this to for various places, but have never tried for Biergarten so not sure difficulties in getting PS.

No Le Cellier lunch schedule yet? Maybe I should call and ask...

We ate at Biergarten last week by just walking up and getting a table. They had lots of openings. We enjoyed the food and the show. The streudel is fabulous.
