Hi - I was hoping someone could describe the three different types of duck (I know they are called confit, Rillette, and Fleischnecke) that are part of Le Cellier's Duck Three Way appetizer. I had the confit last time I was at Le Cellier (three years ago), but the Rillette and Fleischnecke are unfamiliar.
Also, any pictures would also be great!
