Hi,

I'm a little concerned. The only time I could get an ADR for Le Cellier on 9/30(at the 90 day mark) was at 8:30. Will we be rushed since the park closes at 9 pm? I would have liked to have eaten a little bit earlier than that but that was the only time. I also tried several other dates and couldn't get anything.

I know we won't be the only ones there at that time - just wondering what it was like.

Thanks to the other thread that talked about the great food - my mouth is watering!

You won't be rushed at all! Even though the park closes at 9:00, you can still take your time and enjoy your meal. DH and I had a PS at Rose and Crown around 8:00 one time, and I know we didn't leave the restaurant until close to 10:00. There have been times when we're still strolling around Epcot well after it officially closes and not a word is said to us.

Enjoy your meal! Le Cellier is one of my favorites!! :lovestruc

Definitely take your time and enjoy a leisurely dinner, then stroll out and enjoy the ambience of the World Showcase after the hordes have left - it's beautiful!

We've had reservations there at 8:45 pm and I don't think we left before 10 pm. If you want to watch Illuminations, be sure to let your server know so you don't have cold food.

Thanks for the reassurances. We're not worried about Illuminations that night. We'll be at wdw for 8 nights, and I have several days planned for Epcot. That sounds great, leaving EPCOT after all the crowds have gone.

Can you see Illuminations from Le Cellier or do you have to leave the restaurant?

You have to leave the restarant.

I was there once at Illumination time and many left to go outside. Just tell your server and they will time your food arriving.

Walking thru Epcot after closing is wonderful.. so quiet and peaceful.

We always make our ressies for late. We love it. No they do not rush you and you can take your time leaving the park. We love walking v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y out of the park after dinner. We love the atmosphere.

ENJOY!!

How late do the busses run though? We have a CRT ressie at 8:00 on a night that MK closes at 8. Will we still be able to get back to our hotel?

Busses run for 2 hours after the park closes. So if the MK closes at 8:00, the busses will run until 10:00.

The monorail runs even later then the buses from the MK. It is moving people from Epcot after it closes at 9. If the MK buses have stopped, you could take the monorail to Epcot and take the bus from there. Another option is the monorail to one of the resorts and a cab back or a bus to DTD and transfer.
