DH and I had a 12:30 ressie for lunch at Le Cellier on Friday 7/18. We arrived on time and were seated after about a 5 min. wait. Our waitress was very friendly and she brought us extra pretzel bread because we told her it was our favorite! I had the NY Strip and DH had the mushroom filet. We ate it all and both our meats were cooked perfectly. The food was so tasty. We were stuffed and had no room for dessert. One lesson we learned was that we shouldn't eat that heavy of a meal for lunch. We are just not use to eating that way for lunch. We never eat breakfast (just not breakfast eaters) and it was just too much on our tummies! It was so good though and we have ressies for our Nov. trip. Total bill was $64.29 with tax before tip.
DH and I had a 7:30pm ressie for Tutto Italia on Saturday night 7/19. We arrived at 7pm and asked if we could eat earlier. We were seated immediately! We have been here once before and had a great experience so we were really excited to be back. Well, it did not disappoint! We had a great waiter and all the staff there were so attentive and friendly! Our glasses never went empty. They gave us the bread and dipping oil, which we ate all up! Then we shared the tomato and mozzarella appetizer which was so delicious. I had the penne capresse and DH had the lasagna. Well, we both cleaned our plates!!! The food was so fresh and just perfect. As soon as we finished our appetizers our food was ready. Everything was timed perfectly yet we weren't rushed at all. DH had the chocolate gelato for dessert which he said was fantastic. We gladly left a 20% tip and look forward to going back in Nov. Total bill was $82.01 with tax before tip.
