We had eaten at Le Cellier before; I think the last time was July of 06. We have pretty much exhausted what we want to do in Epcot and are repeating things.
My 14 year old and I ordered from the chef recommendations at the top of the menu which included an appetizer. I got the cheese soup, prime rib medium, and chocolate moose. She ordered the same but ravioli instead of prime rib. DH got the tomato stack out of pocket, plus the prime rib. My 17 year old and 10 year old both got the NY strip.
If I had to do it over again, I'd get the NY strip. I had a piece as I was cutting the 10 year old's steak for him and it was juicy and good. My prime rib was dry and flavorless. We asked for au jus to dip the meat in and were told they did not have au jus at dinnertime, only at lunch, but they could bring more horseradish sauce. I ended up dipping my meat into my son's steak juice on his plate. The 14 year old raved about the ravioli.
I'm not writing off Le Cellier, but I was disappointed. If we go back I will avoid the prime rib.

Sorry to hear it wasn't good for you. I love Le Cellier, but over the years some meals have been better than others.
