Le Bistro Chez Remy ADR's and children s menu

We will be spending 4 nights at Disneyland Paris from the 16th September. It will be 2 adults and 2 teenagers 13 and 15. I was thinking of booking at Le Bistro Chez Remy. There are few questions I was wondering if anyone could help me with
Is there an international number to call dining reservations on as I will be calling from Australia?
Do I need to ask for an English speaking person ?
How far ahead should I ring ?
If my fussy teenagers do not like the adults menu can they have the children s menu? Is there any policy on this or can I offer to pay more for them to have the childrens menu ?

You can call up to two months in advance to book your table. The number you need to call is +33 1 60 30 40 50 and there is an option to select French or English.

I'm not able to help with the fussy children question sorry.

There are no offical menus available yet for Le Bistro Chez Remy but there is a preview of the resturant this weekend and I expect lots of photos of the menu will be on the web by Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
