LCD monitor. 25ms or 16ms?

Well, the answer is simple. The 16ms IS better.

However, my budget allows me to either buy a 17" with 16ms spec or 18" with 25ms.

I will be doing text and still images 90% of the time, watching DVD 5% of the time, authoring DVD (not mastering) 5% of the time.

So... which one to buy?

ps: I'll be running 1280 x 1024 resolution at 75 Hz
