Lazy lazy question!

I want to fill our the CM praise cards from giest relations when I am at Disney and support the magic.
However, waiting in line at guest relations and trying to remember everything sounds a bit more tedious than it should be.

I can't find printables online to carry with me. Is there a chance guest relations will give me some to take with and fill out as I go/ as magic happens?

Get a roll of blank extra large address label stickers and write out the details on those, maybe. Then you can just stick the sticker on the praise cards in guest relations.
