We were
lucky enough to stay directly across from the laundry on deck 6, in room 6588. Did not plan this, but was able to upgrade from cat 10 to a cat 6 at the last minute at the port.
And yes, our room did get warm at times. We often stuffed towels under the door crack to minimize the heat.
And yes, there were times when people weren't thinking and would stand in the hallway talking and laughing loudly....how dare they have fun on a
Disney cruise
, but it would have been nice it they were more thoughtful. We even had someone knock and ask if we knew whom to call about the change machine...what, did I look like a maintenance worker???
But the best moment was when a Mom brought her
darling little toddler with her. The
darling little toddler brought her precious plastic shovel along and proceeded to bang on our door. The first two times I answered the door, thinking someone was knocking. The third time I wanted to ask the Mom which room they were in...my plan was to knock on there door repeatidly.
It wasn't all bad, though, I was able to keep tabs on my wash and use the iron in slow times.
