Laundry detergent?

We'll be staying with friends at a 2 BR suite at BWV in a few weeks. I believe they have a washer/dryer i the suite. Is laundry detergent available for sale at the 'convenience' store at BVW? (name escapes me right now).

Yes. There will be a started pack of Tide in the room and more available for $1 a single use box. OR, you could bring your own. We bring an Oxyclean ball because it's easy to pack, works well, and lasts for several years of trips.

You say more boxes of tide are available for a few bucks .... from where? The convenience store? I'm inclined to bring down a travel size liquid tide but I'm trying to cover all my options.

the last time we went down (2006) we packed about 10 small freezer ziplock bags with a single scoop of power in our luggage. it's very easy to pack and it also meant that we had it premeasured so if we just wanted to pop in 1 or 2 loads while in the pool we just had to grab 1 or 2 bags.

we also put a bunch of drier sheets in another zip lock bag for drying. - again easy to bring down and easy to grab and go.

The detergent is available at both the resort store and in the public laundry rooms.
