Laundry at Sheraton Grande

Despite the title, my DH and I are actually planning to stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay when we visit TDR. However, there isn't a self-serve laundry there. I swear I saw someone post at one time about how they went next door to the Sheraton Grande to do their laundry. Can anyone confirm this or tell me if they believe the Sheraton Grande would be accepting of this? Thanks!
