laundry at marriot in DTD? Other questions too... Help thanks!!

hi i was wondering if there are laundry facilities in the downtown disney marriot??? if not, where are the closest ones?

also, do they have room refrigerators for rent? if yes, how much do they cost?

lastly, here is our schedule does it sound okay?

monday-epcott- san angel inn for dinner
tuesday-magic kingdom- cindys royal table for dinner
wednesday- universal - emerils tuchop chop for dinner
thursday- animal kingdom, mgm- sci fi for late afternoon snack
friday- ???? whatever we miss

are you going back to your hotel to shower and change before going to Tchoup Chop? This is one of the nicest restaurants in the USO area. Most people will be dressed in nice resort wear. You may feel a bit under dressed if you show up hot and sweaty from the park. They won't deny you admission but you may feel a bit out of place at dinner in you "park wear".


I think trying to do Animal Kingdom and MGM in one day is too much, but that is just my opinion. Also EPCOT could really use two days to explore it. There are two major part of EPCOT - Future World and World Showcase which are both so different.

I am not sure why you would really need to do laundry for such a short trip. You have alot planned for a very short time. I am not sure you will have time to do laundry. I would just pack enough clothes for 5 days if it were me. If you were going for a week or more I would suggest doing laundry.

hi yes, we are planning on freshining up... if we do not have time then we will just cancel the reservation

my dh REALLY does not want to go to animal kingdom at all... so that will be my only chance. i am hoping that we will get there and he will love it (i think that he will)

i have been to disney before (several years ago for just one day- we did 3 parks!!) and i think that we can do epcott in one day. my dh will probably not like the exhibits as much. if we need to we can always go back on friday

i am hoping to do our laundry before we go back home... i usually do that on vacations so i do not bring 10 tons of dirty clothes home.

Disnee Dad Says.................................There are laundry facilities on every other floor, so no problem! Each one is kinda small but there are so many of them!

Have DH do the laundry, two beers to wash two beers to dry, and everyone will be happy!
