I've used the website before to get pins and other bits and bobs sent over for my DS for Christmas/birthday presents etc. Always had great service and every packed well.

I just wondered if anyone here had used them to order anything breakable like the Disney coffee mugs, glasses etc?

I've used them before, but not for anything breakable. The stuff has always been well packed, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again What are you thinking of buying ?

I've used them several times to order glass xmas baubles, ceramics and lots of breakable stuff and never had anything broken, it's always well packaged.
