It was supposed to be opening the day we arrive and now I'm reading that the opening has been pushed back. Anyone know what's up? I'm so bummed.

Where are you reading this and what date are you seeing now?

I read it at wdwmagic and at one other place, but I cannot recall. The official disney site still says January 2007, so I'm not sure if the reports are true. I hope they are not, that's why I'm asking here.

We were part of a test audience for it 10 days ago. It was cool to be part of and we thought it was funny but it definitely got mixed reviews in our audience.

Basically Mike is emcee and there are 3 "stand-up' segments. IMO one was awesome and the other two were fine/good. I got the sense they were still working out how to make all the segments great. When we saw it, I'd say it's nowhere near as tight as 'Turtle talk' and it has some concepts that overlap w/turtle talk like audience interaction.

It's got great potential and the technology and theatre are great (much better than turtle talk in terms of seating)

I heard that since a lot of people didn't like it, it's going to take longer for them to open the ride.

We saw it last Friday and thought it was cute, but definitely needed work. My DH was "that guy" that they kept putting on the screen, which was pretty funny for our family.
