Latest PS in Epcot?

What is the latest time for a PS that is available at a WS restaurant in Epcot? Do the restuarants typically close down after (or even before) Illuminations ends, or do they continue serving after that time?

I got an 8:00 p.m. PS for Rose & Crown, and I've also got an 8:00 PS for Coral Reef (not in WS, but still at Epcot). Each time I asked for the latest possible PS, so based on my experience I'd say 8 pm is the last available.
